Hi, Today is my first post in this blogger. I am planning to write my progress in the Phd in this blog. I know I am too late. So, lets start. By today, after a series of a multiple analysis. I decided to use survival analysis and logistic regression as a main analysis type for my research. So, in my research, I am interesting in the progress of the drop-out learners during the progress of the course. So, I thought this will be a similar case in the bio-statistic when they apply a specific treatment ( gamification in my case) into a cell, and then they observe if the cell die or survive. In this stage, I make my event of the interest is the drop-out , and the time is the progress of the learners in lessons. Then, I apply the survival analysis by drawing the Kaplan-Meier curve, and the cox hazard to compare between the two version ( the gamified, and the non-gamified).
